Water rests\, restores\, and holds the quiet will to continue. \nMost of us have learned to live from one or two of these forces while the others quietly deplete. We push when we need to rest. We think when we need to feel. We hold on when everything around us is asking for release. Over time\, this imbalance settles into the body as tension\, flatness\, or a vague sense that something essential is missing. \nThis full day immersion is an introduction to all five. \nDrawing on the Elemental Alchemy tradition of Qi Gong and energy medicine\, we spend the day moving through each element – learning to sense it in the body\, recognise it in daily life\, and begin to bring the whole system back into flow. The day weaves together movement\, breath\, ceremony\, plant medicine\, and tea practice into a single coherent arc. DESCRIPTION:Welcome to the Mitre 10 MEGA Whangārei Mission at the Marina!\nGet ready for a unforgettable evening of fine food\, great company and entertainment at our up coming Northern Rescue fundraising event.\n\nWe have three iconic restaurants from the Tutukaka Marina coming together for a fabulous progressive dining experience. Marina Woodfired Dining\, along with Schnappa Rock Restaurant and Bar and Te Akau Roa Restaurant will be presenting their finest dishes. You will have a course at each of the venues during the evening.\nGuests will receive one complimentary drink at your entrée location from a local vineyard/brewery.\n\nThe evening will conclude upstairs at the Whangarei Deep Sea Anglers Club\, where some amazing items and packages will be auctioned live alongside a silent auction. You will then be able to dance the night away with a well-known Northland band\, 5K.\n\nTickets are on sale now for $250.00 per person.\n\nGet in quick as there are a limited number of tickets available to this unforgettable event. There are three ticket groups\, Group A\, Group B or Group C with 50 tickets available at each venue. Each group will start the dining experience at a designated restaurant then switch between courses. If you wish to dine with friends\, then please ensure you book under the same group.\n\nWe will have transport available from the Whangarei CBD to Tutukaka Marina with two return time options (9pm and midnight) for an additional charge. DESCRIPTION:🌺 ANZAC Day Parade – Hikurangi\nSaturday 25 April | 10:00am📍 Hikurangi War Memorial Hall\, 24 King Street \nThe Hikurangi community is invited to come together this ANZAC Day for the annual parade and commemorative service. \nThe parade will form up outside the Hikurangi War Memorial Hall and step off at 10:00am\, marching to the Hikurangi School grounds\, where the service will be held. \nIn the event of wet weather\, the service will take place inside the Memorial Hall. \nThe Hikurangi Museum will also be open\, offering a chance to reflect on local history and stories of service. \n\n🌹 Poppy Day – Friday 24 April\nHikurangi has always shown strong support for Poppy Day\, and that support is greatly appreciated. \nPlease keep an eye out for collectors around town on Friday 24 April\, and take the opportunity to contribute if you can.
