Dylan Kaufman is a multidisciplinary mind–body coach, educator, and artist dedicated to guiding people toward genuine embodied transformation. Based in Northland with a strong connection to the Tutukaka Coast, Dylan specialises in integrative mind-body medicine that supports self-discovery, resilience, and purposeful leadership. His approach empowers clients to awaken somatic intelligence, break unhelpful patterns, and move with intention toward what matters most.
Through practical tools, evidence-informed strategies, and creative therapeutic processes, Dylan helps individuals reduce stress, restore energy, and reconnect with their innate strengths. His work centres on supporting people to access inner wisdom, cultivate emotional balance, and step into a more aligned, fulfilling life.
Dylan is the creator of Elemental Embodiment Flow, a holistic mind-body method designed to deepen somatic awareness and rebuild biological resilience.
He brings a uniquely broad skillset to his practice, holding qualifications as a Certified Mind-Body Coach, Deep Tissue Massage Therapist, Holistic Life Coach & Mind-Body Practitioner, Holistic Integrated Creative Arts Therapist, Yoga Therapist, 200-hour registered yoga teacher, Reiki Practitioner, and Animal Flow Instructor. Alongside his wellness credentials, Dylan also holds a BE(Hons) in Civil Engineering, adding a structural and analytical perspective to his understanding of human transformation.
Working with clients across Northland ~ including those from the wider Tutukaka community~Dylan offers somatic coaching, movement-based therapy, and creative healing programmes, with consultations, workshops, and courses available online for both local and international clients. His work bridges somatic coaching and architectural engineering, bringing holistic solutions that support natural health, personal empowerment, and sustainable change.
